The Essence of Feng Shui

I am sharing it with you because I find the Tarot
and The Essence of Feng Shui so powerful!

Divination works according to natural laws. It uses an oracle, a system of symbols, to reflect what is going on inside you. So when you use the layout of the runes, or the I Ching reading, or the pattern of tea leaves in a cup, the pattern you see in front of you is the pattern that is present inside you. It is no different than Feng Shui, showing you, through how your space and accessories are arranged, what is going on inside of you. In fact, Feng Shui itself is considered a divination tool! fen shui

There is a cyclical connection to this: the state of your personal chi, whether weak or strong, is manifested in your home, just as your personal chi is manifested through using a divination tool. And just as the Feng Shui changes you make in your home improve your personal chi, the tarot reading or any other divination tool will also help you transform your energy.

In essence, the action and result wheel is no different from any other natural cycle. The wheel relates to Feng Shui and any divination tool, and most certainly to all aspects of the cycle of your life experiences. When you use your personal chi, intention, and intuition, to influence you, the result then enhances your personal chi, intention, and intuition. Your newly enhanced personal chi will provide clarity to determine what action is required, and to determine intuitive solutions. The simple awareness that your action flows from enhanced vision will perpetuate your personal chi and further strengthen you ability to manifest even greater results.

With your personal chi continually evolving, it becomes even easier to recognize Feng Shui problems and creatively design solutions. When fixing problems, your more highly developed personal chi will aid in prompt manifestation. These almost magically quick results will further enhance your confidence in your knowing ability, so that as life changes, you can easily recognize the necessary actions. With respect to life's relationship problems or business situations, personal chi and intuition can quickly help you recognize the required action. With each positive result you learn to trust yourself more without exhaustive decision making. With divination tools, your intention to receive guidance must be clear and your question must be simple and direct. In this way, your subconscious will know which symbols will give you the most insight.

Here is a way to use your tarot deck to clarify and strengthen the chi in the various Feng Shui areas of your home or business.

Ask the cards to reveal what is going on with you at this moment based on your chakras and your Bagua. In order to understand the problems you are having based on life issues, you must remember that the clearer your question, the clearer the answer. So shuffle the cards all the while remaining focused on your question.

Choose three cards and place them face down. Start with the root chakra/career Gua. Focus on your question and how it may relate to this chakra/Gua as you select the card. Then move to the sex chakra/relationship Gua and the will chakra/wealth Gua. Turn the cards over and contemplate what each has to say. These cards will address the physical aspect and action behind the question. The first chakra will tell you what is going on. The second will clarify what type of energy you are attracting or are receptive to. The third will tell you how others around you are viewing you, in terms of what you are experiencing.

Before you pull the next card, the heart card, remind yourself of what it represents---the energetic connection between the spiritual and the physical. Remember to focus on your question as you pull the heart card to see what it says about the key to your issue.

The three upper cards will give you more of a focus on what is perhaps not clear about the cards you have just turned over. Quiet your mind again, and formulate a question for clarity. Write it down first if that will help you concentrate better. Then pull the next three cards in order: throat chakra/helpful people Gua, third eye chakra/self cultivation Gua, and crown chakra/fame Gua. These cards will speak to you of the higher spiritual aspect of your question. If you are new at this, spend some time just absorbing the pictures and intuitively trying to understand what the images are trying to say to you. You can learn a lot just by being silent and contemplating. Then go to your guidebook if you need any additional clarification. Pay heightened attention to any area in which a major arcana card appears, because they represent major energetic shifts. You may want to go into that Gua and as you sit in the energy of that space, do another reading to understand the nuances of what the card is telling you. Look around. What Feng Shui can you redesign?
