What is ColorAlchemy?
Color Alchemy is a method self-mastery using the endless supply of colors around you.
Color Alchemy is so EASY and goes way beyond Color Therapy and Color Healing because all you need to do is spend two minutes a day with the Daily Colors.
By the end of each week, you’ll have less stress and you’ll experience greater joy. Merely by enjoying the colors around you, life gets better and better with little or no effort.

Each rainbow color links with a day of the week. Each Daily Color has attributes that support personal development to enhance and maximize life potential. Following the spectral sequence:
Red (Monday), Orange (Tuesday), and Yellow (Wednesday)

Green (Thursday) connects love to all human aspirations.
Blue (Friday) and Indigo (Saturday) develop mental abilities & insight.
Violet (Sunday) deepens connection & spirituality.

As Rebecca experienced the attributes of Daily Colors on their respective days, she had profound and loving insights, in her words:
When I was a little girl, I loved my brother! We were best friends. I also loved Blue and was so excited to find my room painted in "Robin’s egg." As adults, my relationship with him is strained as he is an over-sized bully, disrespectful, and belittles my opinions. Experiencing ColorAlchemy, I realized that I never wore Blue and no longer liked it. My transformational revelation came when "Blue" showed me that I wasn’t speaking my truth to my brother. Now, regardless of his response (or any similar situation), Blue helps me have clarity for self-expression and with Yellow, I now have the confidence to speak up for myself.
Not unlike any "issues" that we all accumulate by being human, Rebecca’s "issues" and revelations were transformational. Through "processing" her relationship with Blue that she associated with a happy childhood and the disappointment of "losing" her beloved brother ("Blue is for boys:" isn’t that also interesting), Rebecca recognized how she put up with his mental abuse because she craved his approval.
Once Rebecca understood that the situation with her brother wasn’t about her and it was an outward expression of an insecurity within him. She was freed from her inaccurate notion that he didn’t love her because of something wrong with her. She also recognized how her deep-seeded, self-defeating behaviors of feeling inadequacy influenced everything in her life.
How does Rebecca’s ColorAlchemy apply to loving yourself and others?
You already know that love begins with "You" and that you can’t love anyone or anything else until you first love yourself. While Green specifically connects love to all human aspirations, each color has love and life-enhancing Physical, Mental, and Spiritual attributes as Rebecca experienced through her self-realization.
