JamiLin.com Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

To be an authorized affiliate of JamiLin.com and related Sites (LookYoungerOasis.com, ColorAlchemy.com, ect.) you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. By signing up for the JamiLin.com Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. Please read it carefully.


1. Joining the JamiLin.com Affiliate Program

Your participation in the Affiliate Program is to legally promote our JamiLin.com and to receive commissions on products and services purchased by individuals referred through your website and marketing..

Privacy policy:

JamiLin.com respects the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal or business information to third parties without your permission. We consider this information to be private and we will not sell your name, e-mail address, phone number, or any other personal information

By using JamiLin.com Affiliate Program, the you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age and that there is no legal reason that the Affiliate cannot enter into a binding agreement.
• You are the owner or are licensed to use the entire contents contained on the approved website.
• Your website and/or newsletter does not violate any law or regulation.
• Your website and/or newsletter does not contain misrepresentation or content that is defamatory or violates any rights of privacy or publicity.
• Your website and or/newsletter does not and will not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right.
• You place our banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.
• You understand that Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales or click-throughs using robots, scripts, or manually \refreshing\ of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions.

2. Commissions and Payments:

You receive commissions for selling JamiLin.com products from your web site though specific links. These sales must be paid in full. You will not receive commissions on sales you make to yourself.

You understand that the payout amount may be changed at any time. You are responsible for determining if a payout link has changed or been discontinued. Payments are automatically made to your PayPal in the middle of each month when your account balance reaches $100 or more for the previous months\ transactions. Money credited to your account does not accrue interest. According to tax laws within the United States, affiliates receiving commissions exceeding $600 in one calendar year will receive a 1099 form.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bad Checks:

No commissions will be paid on an order that refunded to a customer, if a charge back is made, or if a customer\s payment does not clear. Should any of these conditions occur after commissions are paid, these monies will be deducted against future sales.

3. Revocation of Affiliate Status

All affiliate membership is subject to prior approval. JamiLin.com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any affiliate, webmaster or website for any reason at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice and regardless of any previous conditions. Immediate exclusion includes:

• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
• Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
• Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities
• Violation of intellectual property rights

4. Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the JamiLin.com site \offline\ in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions outlined in Condition 3.

5. Affiliate Tracking

When a visitor clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate ID. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate ID. When this person decides to buy a product or service from JamiLin.com, the script will look for this cookie and try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.

6. Liability

JamiLin.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of \intents of harm\ from the Affiliate Program and/or to our website(s). We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program and/or the products or services sold by JamiLin.com. We make no claim that the operation of the Affiliate Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

7. Terms of the Agreement

The terms of this Agreement begin upon your acceptance in the JamiLin.com Affiliate Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
